Working Principle of Small Electric Flat Die Wood Pellet Mill
Besides materials crushing machine, pellet cooling machine and pellet packing machine, the most important part in a biomass pellet line is the pellet mill. However the most important part of a pellet mill is in the pelletizing chamber. Azeus electric flat die wood pellet mill pelletizing chamber contains a stable pellet die and a rotating roller. There are a series of pellet holes on the pellet die. When the roller is driven by the electric engine and begins to rotate, the raw materials between the die and the roller will be compress by the extrusion pressure and the friction caused by the die and roller. Finally, the materials will be compressed in pellet and come out from the pellet holes on the die. Then the pellets will be cut into certain length by a cutter installed on the pellet mill.
