Diesel Flat Die Wood Pellet Mill Working Principle
Diesel wood pellet mill working principle is similar to the electric type flat die wood pellet mill. The diesel type wood pellet mill is composed of a foundation base, a diesel engine and a pelletizing chamber. And the core components in the pelletizing chamber are the rotating roller and the aptotic die. When the roller is driven by the diesel engine and begins to rotate, relative motion will happen between the roller and the die. Then the materials between the die and the roller will be compressed by the relative motion and come through cylinder holes on the die plate and finally become biomass pellets.
