Working Principle of Azeus Airflow Sawdust Dryer
Airflow sawdust dryer is composed of an air heater, a feeder, an air drying tube, a cyclone separator, and a blower. It adopts the impulse airflow drying principle. When raw material is fed into the drying tube through the feeder, they will be blown about in the drying tube by the hot, dry airflow brought about by the blower and heated by the air heater. Due to the special structure design of the drying tube, the airflow in the drying tube will appear impulse to increase the touching acreage between the raw materials and the hot, dry airflow. If the drying procedure is finished, the final products will be separated from the airflow by a cyclone and discharged.
