Characteristics of Feed Pellet Crusher
1. These two models of machine are dedicated devices to smash large feed pellets into small ones. Pellets crushed by common teeth are of 0.6-1.5mm, and crushed by fine teeth are of 1-2.5mm.

Differences between two Roll Type Feed Pellet Crusher
A. The double-roll crusher is identified by two horizontal rollers which rotate toward each other. The materials are crushed when they pass through the adjustable center gap between two rollers.
B. A triple-roll crusher has three rollers. Adding the third roller to the crusher is to increase a second crushing for the material.
C. The capacity of triple-roll crusher is about the same as that of the double-roll of the same size. However, the power required by triple-roll crusher is slightly greater than that of the double-roll because it does more work in reducing the size of the material.
D. The two-roll crusher is more suitable for crushing poultry feed pellets, such as chicken feed, duck feed and goose feed etc. The three-roll crusher is more suitable to crush aquatic feed pellets including fish feed and shrimp feed etc.
